Subscriptions enable you to receive email updates when new content appears in an area of the community that you're interested in or existing content you've created or subscribed is updated. You can subscribe to a board, a blog article, an idea exchange, or any other location in the community. You can also subscribe to a specific post.
Subscribing to a Board, Blog, Idea, Post and More
To subscribe to a specific post, go to the board, blog, idea, post, etc. and click Options > Subscribe.
Subscribing to a Label
- Select the label from the widget on the right hand navigation.
- Click on Subscribe to this label on the grey bar. The gray bar also enables you to remove the subscription if you no longer want to receive this email notification.
View and Manage your Subscriptions
Navigate to Subscriptions:
- Go to My Settings > Subscriptions & Notifications.
- Click My Subscriptions to see a list of the items you've subscribed to. You can click a subscription to go to the item.
To delete a subscription:
- Click the check box for the subscription
- Click Email Subscription Options > Delete Selected Subscriptions.
