When attempting to load a license in the Archer Control Panel (ACP) and you get the following error message:
"Error Occurred During Licensing. See the output window for details"
After Clicking OK, click on the below Output section as shown in the screenshot
This is a sample error which displays in the Output section in Archer Control Panel.

[01:28:45:70] The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'usp_set_company_license', database 'archerinstance', schema 'dbo'.
This can be caused by one of the following:
The user running the Archer Control Panel not having enough rights to the Instance database
The user added in the database tab in ACP does not have dbo over the instance database.
To resolve the issue you can log into Windows as the service account who is running the App Pool in IIS and the other Windows services or launch the Archer Control Panel as the service account. This will allow the Archer Control Panel to have the same permissions to the instance database as other parts of Archer.
Also, double check the username added in database tab in ACP if this user has dbo or not. (if you are not using windows integrated).
