System Keeps logging out users in Archer

Description

Once a user is logged in and tries to navigate to any application from the drop-down menu in the navigation bar, the system logs out the user (even the system admin user).
No w3wp logs are generated.
No errors were found in a network trace.

Cause

This might be due to a corrupted web.config file.

Resolution

A new web.config can be generated using web.config editor tool (you can find it in https://www.archerirm.community/t5/platform-technical-tips-tricks/web-config-editor-3-0/ba-p/569351).
