Description
Scheduled Report distribution notification sends blank report.
Resolution
- The content of an attached report is based on the record permissions of the user who updates the report.
- In this case, the report was updated by a user who was no longer an active Archer user. They had no permissions, so the report sent was blank.
- Update the report so the current, permissioned user becomes the updater. Then the report will go out correctly.
