This article provides steps for reporting problems encountered with myArcher.

Resolution


1. Access the myArcher portal by following the steps below:
a. Login to the Archer Community.
b. On the Homepage, select Product.

c. Under Product, select Archer Platform.

d. Under Archer Platform, select Platform Downloads.

e. Under Platform Downloads, select Navigate to myArcher.

2. On the myArcher Homepage, click on the Contact Us button.
3. Complete the myArcher Contact Form.
Note: Ensure to provide all relevant details, screenshots and errors.
4. Click on Submit Case.
