Description


Notification emails are not being sent or received in Archer SaaS environment due to limitation settings.


Cause


There are limitations set for the maximum number of recipients, for email notifications, within the SaaS environment. 


Resolution


 
  • SaaS instances have a limit of 100 recipients. Redesign the notifications to include 100 or less recipients each.
