The Notifications Sent Report does not include the Recipient for Notifications that are sent from the Advanced Workflow Send Notification Node.

This is functioning as designed.
Resolution
On-Demand Notification templates that are used in Advanced Workflow are not technically sent to Archer users.
They are always sent to just an Email Address.
The configuration to select Users, Groups, or Fields is only used to default the email addresses populated in the To, CC, or BCC of the Email Properties interrupt page that is displayed when clicking the Email link for a record.
Once the interrupt page displays, you can modify the To, CC, or BCC to send to any valid Email Address.
Unlike Subscription Notifications, the system only generates one email. Regardless, there is no tie to the Email Addresses and Users in the system.
