Resolution

The Image Upload control supports only .png, .gif, .jpg, and .jpeg file types and the maximum file size is 10 MB.
While Archer does not specify spec requirements for graphics, internal testing has been done confirming Archer's Appearance Graphic Image Specs = 181 x 30 dimensions.

To add an image to a Letterhead

To delete an image from a Letterhead
Images can be deleted from a Letterhead in the Archer UI through the below steps:
1. Navigate to the Letterhead in question (Administration menu > Notifications > Letterheads).
2. Under the Layout tab, click on the image icon (Graphic Selector) in either the Header or Footer.
3. Locate the image that needs to be deleted and click on the Delete icon next to it (below Actions).

Then for AWS Hosted/SaaS clients, the image files would need to be deleted by the SaaS Ops team via an ASR submission. The client will need to open a new case by contacting Archer Support and should send an email authorizing the deletion. The email content should be similar to the below:

The Subject may be descriptive of the request (e.g., Remove files for Archer Hosted/SaaS instance XXXXX).
The Description should include at a minimum:
  • Authorization to delete images from the company_files location.
  • Instance Pin(s) for the Instance(s) which the files need to be deleted from.
  • Specifying the related environment: Production/Non-production or both.
