Description
The purpose of this article is to retrieve the Application ID, Field ID, Values List Field ID, Global Values List ID and Value ID in a Values List field.
Resolution

f. In the Objects window, click on Show Column Chooser (eye icon) and select ID. This will display corresponding field IDs for each field.

a. Login to Archer.
b. Open the Administration menu (click on the wrench in the upper left corner).
c. Expand Application Builder > Select Applications.
d. Then in the upper right corner, click on Show Column Chooser > Select ID from the list. This will display the ID column.

a. Login to Archer.
b. Open the Administration menu (click on the wrench in the upper left corner).
c. Expand Application Builder > Select Global Values Lists.

d. In the Manage Global Values Lists page, select the Global Values List you want and hover over it to find its ID at the bottom of the screen.

a. For a Field-Specific Values List:
i. Login to Archer.
ii. Open the Administration menu (click on the wrench in the upper left corner).
iii. Expand Application Builder > Select Applications.
iv. Click on the application that houses the Values List field you want to obtain a Value ID for.
v. On the Designer tab and under Data Fields, scroll through the list of fields and click on the Values list field in the left pane to highlight it.
vi. The field properties will display in the right pane, scroll down and click Edit Values.

iv. Click on the Global Values List you want, in order to open its Properties.

v. In the Manage Global Values Lists page of the GVL (shown below), the Values and their corresponding IDs will be visible.
