Description
This article provides steps on how to clear Cache in Microsoft Edge browser in order to resolve browser-related and display issues in Archer.
Resolution
As per the following
article from Microsoft, follow the below steps to clear cache in Edge:
1. Click the
three dots in the upper right corner of Edge and select
Settings from the drop-down menu.
2. Click on
Privacy, search, and services from the
right pane.
3. Then in the
middle pane, go to the
Clear browsing data section and click on
Choose what to clear (next to
Clear browsing data now).0EMVM000001iL9p.png4. In the pop-up window that will appear, click on
Time range and choose a time range from the drop-down menu (preferably
All time).
5. Check the boxes for the browsing data to be deleted. At least the following data need to be selected:
Browsing history,
Download History,
Cookies and other site data, and
Cached images and files. The rest of the data can be cleared as well, but depending on the users' business requirements. Check the following
link for descriptions of all the browsing data to determine which can be cleared.

6. Then select Clear now.
7. Close the browser completely and then open Archer again.
Note: If it is intended to clear cache just on the device that you're currently using, then Sync should be turned off (Click on the three dots on the top right > Settings > Profile > Sync > Turn off sync). However, if it is intended to clear cache on all synced devices, then sign in and ensure that Sync is turned on so that all synced items will be cleared across all devices. Following this, proceed with the steps above to clear the cache.
