SaaS Deployments are provided with the feature to access the
Archer Configuration Report directly through Archer UI.
The Archer Configuration Report (ACR) allows you to generate a report that provides a summary of your Archer instance configuration and infrastructure. There are four sections in the report which provide information to help you troubleshoot and monitor your Archer environment:
- Instance
- Access
- Jobs
- Database
This article describes the steps to be followed to access the
Archer Configuration Report.
Note: This feature is only available for
SaaS Deployments.
Follow the steps below:
1. Login to Archer.
Note: In order to access the ACR
, the user must have
Read rights to the
Management Reporting: Archer Configuration Report page under the Access Role assigned to them.
Read rights would also allow the user to export the report data in JSON format.
