Description

The following error in JobFramework log occurs when attempting to copy a Question from the Question Library to a Questionnaire:

Error occurred while creating a questionnaire field from a Question Library content

Cause

This error indicates that there are "duplicate" Answer Values for this Questionnaire - either an Answer Values List referenced in the Question Library or in the Questionnaire itself.

Resolution

Review the Values List(s) referenced for the Question in the Question Library and/or in the Questionnaire to discover the duplicates.
For each duplicate Value discovered, click on 'edit' and then 'View' and 'Delete'.
