Users still show as logged in despite being past the session expiration timeout set in Archer.

Resolution


Follow the steps below:
1. Open Archer Control Panel.
2. Click on Plugins > Select Job Engine Manager.

3. Check the All Jobs queue where you should see the SessionCleanupJobHandler job.

4. If the job is not there, click on Menu in the upper left corner of the Job Engine Manager window and then select System Jobs.
5. Choose Session Cleanup from the menu and choose Queue Jobs.

6. This will schedule the cleanup. When it runs, any user logged in past the session expiration will be cleared.
