Description

Publish Failure in Engage with the below Request Error:
{"isSuccessful":false,"statusCode":400,"validationMessages":["FirstName of class Contact is a required field and the value is not provided","LastName of class Contact is a required field and the value is not provided", "Email of class Contact is a required field and the value is not provided"],"value":null}.

Cause

First Name, Last Name, Email of Contacts are required fields which are not provided in the record.

Resolution

Update the Contact record(s) with the required fields. 
 

Note: 

• The error message is more code-specific, there is a backlog item to modify the error message.
• Due Date, Contact Name, Contact Email Address, and Third-Party Contacts are all required to enable the Publish capability. You must populate those fields and save the questionnaire record to reveal the Publish button. If a publish is already pending or has already completed successfully, the Publish button will not be accessible.
