Do I need to include all Cross-Referenced Modules when a Package is generated?

Resolution

Not necessarily. This is dependent on your Source and Target environments' current configuration. Here are some key points to consider prior to generating a package:

1. Packaging is GUID dependent/specific
2. Packaging DOES NOT delete
3. If the Source and Target are identical, including ALL cross-referenced modules may not be necessary.
4. If deltas exist between Source and Target environments, they may need to include additional modules in packaging so that ALL dependencies are addressed.
