Description
Appearance Logos do not load in Archer.
Resolution
There must be a folder in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Archer\company_files\ 'instance id', (usually 50000), and a graphics and icons folders that can be copied from the default folder in the same company_files subfolder. Permission on the folder must be Modify with the IIS_IUSER account.
