Description

Clent is attempting to conduct a Data import to create a single questionnaire. The following message is displayed in the data feed errors:
 

An unexpected error has occurred. There was an unexpected error processing an input entity. Content save actions for the corresponding source row may have failed.
The data feed failed validation

Resolution

• Look at the raw data and compare it to existing records, verify that the import values in the import file for the Target field do not exist. Since the values do not exist, the data feed fails validation. 
• By putting existing values for the Target field in the import file, the records are able to be added.

Note: Questionnaires need a valid Target record in order to be created.
