Archer Release 6.12 - Links to Documentation in the Cloud

The Archer Release 6.12 completes the "Documentation in the Cloud" journey that began in Archer Release 6.10. The Help available from the Archer Platform navigation now takes you directly into the Archer Cloud Help. 

(The "mini-Help" introduced in Archer Release 6.10, as the start of our journey, is no longer available in Release 6.12.)

In Archer Release 6.12, the Archer Help Center provides Help topics for all the Archer products including the Archer Platform, Archer Solutions & Use Cases, Archer Insight, Archer Engage, and Archer Mobile. Documentation previously available in a PDF format on the Archer Community such as the Security Configuration Guide, Installation and Upgrade Guide, Platform Planning Guide, and more, are available in the Archer Help Center.

HTML-formatted Help files that can be downloaded as .zip files will continue to be posted on the Archer Community.

End users can select to view the Help topics in the supported language of their choice using the language selector available in each Help site.
