Archer Announces End of Product Support (EOPS) for Archer Release 6.10

  Summary Archer announces End of Product Support (EOPS) for Archer Release 6.10, as well as all derivative patches, effective November 30, 2023. No Extended Support will be offered for this version. Customers under current maintenance contracts can update to an Archer 6.14 version as the latest Platform release.   Platforms • Archer Release 6.10 • Archer Release 6.10 Patch 1 • Archer Release 6.10 Patch 1 Hotfix 1 • Archer Release 6.10 Patch 2 • Archer Release 6.10 Patch 3 • Archer Release 6.10 Patch 4   Recommendations Customers who have deployed Archer Release 6.10.x are encouraged to update to Archer Release 6.14 or later.   Documentation For additional documentation and more, visit the Archer Help Center and the Archer Community.   End of Product Support Policy Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. This update contains fixes for the Archer Platform.   Platforms Archer Platform running on all supported Operating System (OS) platforms.   Details Archer Release 6.10 P2 (6.10.0.2) includes fixes for the Archer Platform. In addition, this release includes the following Platform enhancement: The Archer web.config file now sets a read-only access policy. This measure ensures that code cannot be run in the company_files folder and its subfolders.  For additional details, see the Release Notes.   Recommendations Archer recommends that customers running Archer Release 6.3 and later apply this latest update. Summary Archer announces the availability of Archer Release 6.10 Patch (P) 1 Hotfix (HF) 1. This update contains fixes for the Archer Platform.   Platforms  Archer Platform running on all supported Operating System (OS) platforms.   Details This release includes the following Platform enhancement: To strengthen our environment security, the new standard is to secure transfers (FTPS) across data feeds. Administrators can now configure all FTP data feeds, at once, in an environment to automatically use secure connections. For more information on this user experience update, see Securing Data Transfer. Archer Release 6.10 P1 HF 1 (6.10.0.1.1) includes fixes for the Archer Platform.
