Summary

Archer announces the general availability of Archer Unified Collector Framework for SecOps release 1.4.9. This release contains updates for the integration middleware connector.

Prerequisites

• Contact Technical Support to obtain the Release 1.4.9 download file.
• Install the integration package on a secure machine with the minimal necessary connections.
• "Security Incident Management" refers to an obsolete Archer use case that has been superseded by "Cyber Incident and Breach Response (CIBR)".  Please ensure you have proper licensing for this Use Case.

Recommendations

• Archer recommends customers install this latest version.
• Please note upgrade is not supported from previous releases.
• All releases are cumulative.
• This version is the only version Archer will support until End of Primary Support (EOPS).
• To receive support for this integration for the next year, customers are required to install this new version.
• All versions of this integration are now Best-effort support (no patches or hot fixes).
