Summary
Archer announces End of Primary Support (EOPS) for Archer Unified Collector Framework for SecOps, effective June 30, 2025. No Extended Support will be offered for this Integration.
The final release of Archer Unified Collector Framework for SecOps 1.4.9 is a new patch release for the Archer Unified Collector Framework. The Integration is available for download until the EOPS date. Please contact Archer Technical Support to be provided with access to the download. This version is the only version Archer will support until EOPS. To receive support for this integration for the next year, customers are required to install this new version. All versions of this integration are now Best-effort support (no patches or hot fixes).
Customers can find Integrations with many of the major SIEM providers on the Archer Exchange. For customers wanting custom integrations with NetWitness or other SIEMs, we recommend using Data Feeds or Archer APIs to create your own middleware or contacting RSA or Archer Professional Services for a custom-built integration.

While Archer Unified Collector Framework for SecOps will continue to function for current customers, it will no longer be supported after June 30, 2025.
