Summary

Archer announces the availability of Archer Exchange Offerings for August 2024. This update contains the following new and updated offerings via the Archer Exchange.

Accelerators – pre-built configuration of an Archer use case that enhances usability for specific industries, geographies, or niche risk management business processes

Archer Internal Dispute Resolution Accelerator is a new offering to assist Australian financial clients comply with ASIC RG 271 to manage the internal dispute resolution process for resolving complaints.

Tools & Utilities - pre-built functions enabling administrators to more easily manage their Archer implementations

Archer Advanced Workflow Content Assistant was recertified on Archer platform release 2024.03.
Archer BI Connector was updated to address an issue with handling encoded URL queries. The documentation was updated to include troubleshooting steps for connecting with Power BI server.
Archer Dashboard Conversion is a new offering that can assist Archer administrators convert existing Classic Dashboards, individually or in bulk, to the new Next Generation Dashboard.
Archer Scripts Save Confirmation is a new offering that enables Archer administrators to easily configure a save confirmation feature, prompting end users with a confirmation message to either proceed with or cancel their save action.
Archer User Profile & Contact Synchronization has been updated to allow the ability to filter by the create/update date when selecting users by Last Runtime.

Integrations - pre-built data exchange configurations bringing data into and pushing data out of the Archer Platform

The following Archer Regulatory Content Data Feed Integrations have been recertified on Archer platform release 2024.03:

Cential AI Hub is a new offering that uses artificial intelligence to process information and generate content for Third Party Profiles, Third Party SOC 2 reports, Policies, and Risk Statements.
CORL Vendor Risk Management is a new offering that streamlines third-party risk assessment processes by providing U.S. and Canadian healthcare organizations a clearinghouse of 80,000+ vendors and their assessment data enabling reuse of vendor assessments.
Quod Orbis Continuous Controls Monitoring is a new offering that allows users to define and configure controls, create monitoring rules, and set up notifications for critical events.
RiskRecon Own Enterprise Management was updated to address a packaging issue.
RiskRecon Third Party Security Risk Monitoring was updated to address a packaging issue.
Whatfix Digital Adoption Platform is a new offering enabling Archer administrators to create organization-specific, customized guides using in-app flows, task lists, smart tips, and pop-ups to help end-users learn the flow of work within Archer business processes.

Content - pre-mapped collection of best-practice policies, control standards, legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and assessments

ISO/IEC 27017:2015 Standard Authoritative Source provides guidelines for information security controls applicable to the provision and use of cloud services, including controls for managing the security aspects of cloud environments, such as ensuring data segregation, securing virtual machine configurations, and implementing effective measures for data recovery and deletion.
NIST AI Risk Management Framework AI 100-1 has been updated to address an issue.
NIST CSF Authoritative Source was updated to address an issue.
U.K. National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) Cyber Assessment Framework has been updated to release 3.2.

End of Product Support Policy

Archer has a defined End of Primary Support policy associated with all major versions. For additional details, refer to the Product Version Life Cycle.

The following offerings have reached their end of product support this quarter:

Cymulate Breach & Attack Simulation integration is no longer functioning and has been removed from the Exchange. The Archer Exchange team is currently working with Cymulate to update this offering and will republish when available.
Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Content Data Feed integration RSS feeds have been discontinued. The data feed has been removed from the Exchange.
Axonius integration is no longer functioning and has been removed from the Exchange. The Archer Exchange team is currently working with Axonius to update this offering and will republish when available.
Supply Wisdom integration is no longer functioning and has been removed from the Exchange. The Archer Exchange team is currently working with Supply Wisdom to update this offering and will republish when available.
Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence integration has reached end of support and has been removed from the Exchange.
Wolters Kluwer Regulatory Data Feed integration has reached end of support and has been removed from the Exchange.
