Recalculation Not Working for few records

There are few archer records which are not updating as per logic.  new records working as per condition but few old records not updating.

I have tried recalculating using schedule also that is also not working.

1. The calculated field in question, is it dependent on another calculated field/s? If yes, is the calculation order correctly arranged? The dependent calculated field should always be placed below the field/s it depends on.

2. Did you Launch Full Calculations from the Calculations tab?
