Easy way to implement javascript across all applications/questionnaires?

After creating a new custom object, I was curious to know if it would be possible put the js code somewhere so that it would be picked up automatically by all applications and questionnaires?  Knowing how to do this would save time so that it would not have to be put into a Custom Object layout item and dropped onto each layout.

By design each app must have own custom code. You can raise an enhancement idea for that.

You can ofc create own JS lib and put in shared place, but it still has to be picked up by custom code on the module.
