UPDATE:  myRSA is available now after planned maintenance.  Some customers may experience issues downloading. The RSA team is working to resolve this issue.

Please note that myRSA will not be available between Friday, 11th February 8:00 AM EST to Monday, 14th February 9:00 AM EST. We will update this post when the outage is complete.

Please note that the myRSA credentials are different than the username/password for the Archer Community.  When logging into myRSA to download the Archer Platform, you will need to leverage your RSA Link (previous Archer Community) credentials.

myRSA SMS login tokens don't work.

I'm not sure I missed a follow-up here. I'm attempting to access the MyRSA page and am simply getting a 504 page error after logging in.

Is this still an ongoing issue? Do we have a process to escalate and access the platform downloads?
