archer/RSAarcher/api/internal/Permission/GetModuleRecordAccess
We upgraded our dev sql from 2012 to 2016 SP2, comparability mode is 130 .
I am able to get the manual login page and attempt a login.
After clicking login, I get the "Loading Application" spinner
F12 browser console shows 3 separate 500 errors (internal server error), two for the same api call as above and one for
archer/RSAarcher/api/V2/internal/LookUp?node=root
There are NO useful logs in the Archer log files (I even turned up log level to info in console).
NO IIS logs and NO event logs.
Any ideas here?
I checked web.config just in case there is something DB version related set upon installation but didn't see anything, same goes for the RSA Admin Console db area.
I also am successfully able to connect to the database via the RSA Admin console.
I've restarted my servers.
Ticket has been opened but was wondering if there was any insight / ideas anyone had while I await their response, esp since this is a non-prod instance.
