Custom Object to Clear text field based on Overall Status value

Hello, I need some assistance in writing a Custom Object to clear a text box when the overall status equals a specific value. Below are the fields with ID number and the field value it would need to equal. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Version 6.10 P4

VLField = 20141

TextField = 21552

VLFieldvalue = 73516
