Unfortunately, there is not a Web.config editor tool for Archer 6.x.  Please follow the steps in Modifying the web.config File for Your Authentication Method.

There are ongoing discussions with Product/Engineering to bring web.config editing into the product or installer.  I recommend customers/partners/employees Join an RSA Archer Working Group & See Upcoming Schedule‌ and request this functionality be a part of the product.
