Archer ExecuteSearch No Records Found

Hello,

I am trying to get records of an Archer application and have used various web service methods including the Archer Search tool but I get no records back using this method and other postman calls I have been building. 

I am unsure why I cannot get any records of this application, in our dev environment there are over 5000 records residing for this application and I would like to pull various data for some amount of records but am currently receiving none back. I have the application GUID and field GUIDs, and I can confirm when using the search XML builder it seems to be pointing to the right ID/GUID. i've tried modifying the XML payload a bit trying many more fields. removing the sortfields, etc. Any suggestions on how to pull the records? Thanks
